In order to go on hold or drop a class, you must complete this form, indicating your official drop date and how you would like your non-refundable last month deposit to be applied. The form must be submitted 30 days in advance, and before the billing cycle which is on the 1st  of the month. Please select one of the two options below to drop a class.
